I could'nt help feeling sad as well when i read your lines about job satisfaction.How very true.I have now spent a decade in the IT industry ,with big Indian IT companies like Infosys but I wish I had the opportunity to work with people like you instead in a small companym, doing quality & creative work instead of slogging it out in the sweat shops.I have earned fair amount of money , travelled places but as you rightly said nothing can compare with job satisfaction.Apart from that the pride and the confidence you have in yourself will be priceless.Sometimes it might even save you from the sleeping pills and the depression you undergo when you realize that inspite of all your hardwork,you are simply a no fit for the kind of work you would like to do because of the lack of good exposure.
