I have worked in IdM Support for 3 years since I was a fresher. I have not done any development on IDM and have supported Sun IDM using my knowledge of the Admin and Config interface coupled with logical thinking. Now I would like to get started on Implementation side of IdM. Although I am very eager on this I am not sure on how to get started to work towards my aim of being an IdM professional with atleast 3 implementations under my belt.
